Tools you need :
1) Internet explorer
2) Fiddler 2.0
3) Under the sea cheats [ Link 1 ] [ Link 2] [ Link 3]

Download the latest under the sea bin files from any of the links above.
Step 01 : Open fiddler and go to autoresponder.
Step 02 : In the rule editor, add this regular expression to replace quiz.bin
REGEX:(?insx).*quiz\.bin$
Step 03 : Click on the ▼ button and browse to the files that you have just downloaded. Replace it
with quiz.bin
Step 04 : Click SAVE
Step 05 : Add this regular expression to replace ingredient.bin
REGEX:(?insx).*ingredient\.bin$
Step 06 : Click on the ▼ button and browse to the files that you have just downloaded. Replace it
with ITEMNAME.bin . Basically, just choose the item you want and replace ingredient.bin with
the correct file.
Step 07 : Click SAVE
Step 08 : Go into Restaurant City.
Step 09 : Check your fiddler and make sure ingredient.bin and quiz.bin are highlighted in gray.
This means they have been replaced.
Step 10 : Once loaded, just ans the quiz and you will get the item you want.
